Meet Sohyun Park
While I’m away, I’m so happy to have Sohyun guiding you through this special March series.
Sohyun completed her Yoga Teacher Training in both Bali and India and has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. She specialises in Hatha Yoga, with a focus on gentle alignment, mindful breathing, and creating a calm, supportive space for every body.
Her classes are thoughtfully designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance while encouraging deep relaxation and inner awareness. Sohyun has a beautiful way of making yoga feel accessible and welcoming for beginners, while still offering layered options for those who enjoy a deeper challenge.

Join us for this three-week Yoga series designed to help you slow down, move mindfully, and reset as we move through the year.
Each class will blend gentle strength, mobility, breathwork, and relaxation — supporting both your body and nervous system.
Suitable for all levels, this series offers clear guidance and plenty of options, so you can move in a way that feels right for your body — whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your mat.
Your booking secures your mat each week at your chosen time.

By purchasing this program, you confirm that your physical condition, as assessed by yourself or a physician, allows you to participate safely. Here are some guidelines to follow:
- If you feel any discomfort during the session, ease out of the position.
- It's crucial in yoga and Pilates to listen to your body and acknowledge its limitations each day.
- Should you encounter any pain, stop the activity immediately and seek assistance from the instructor.
By enrolling, if you are working with injuries you declare that a licensed physician has approved your health and physical ability to join the program. If you are pregnant, post-natal, or post-surgical, ensure you have your physician's consent. Also, inform the instructor of any medical conditions or physical restrictions beforehand.
If you cannot commit to the entire program, you have the option to have a friend take your place or switch with friends in other groups. Please note that staff will not facilitate swaps, and there will be no makeup classes for missed sessions or refunds.
