Participants must inform instructors of any existing injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions before attending classes. This ensures that appropriate modifications can be made to accommodate individual needs.
Medical Clearance

If you have any injuries or medical conditions, it is essential to obtain clearance from a licensed physician before participating in any classes. Your health and safety are our top priority.
Listen to Your Body

Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and practice at their own pace. If at any time you feel discomfort or pain, please stop the activity and inform the instructor immediately.
Class Commitments
No Refunds or Make-Up Sessions

Once you commit to a program, please be aware that there are no refunds for missed classes. We do not offer make-up sessions. It is your responsibility to attend the classes you have signed up for.
Class Swaps

If you are unable to attend a class, you may use our private group to arrange a class swap with other members. Alternatively, you can invite a friend or family member to take your place. However, the instructor will not facilitate these arrangements.
