Join us for a five-week Yoga series designed to help you unwind, stretch, and recharge before the Christmas and New Year break. Each class offers a balanced mix of mindful movement, strength, and relaxation — suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis.
Your booking secures your mat each week at your preferred time. If you can’t make it to a session, you’re welcome to send a friend in your place (please note, we don’t facilitate swaps within the program).

2 Week Yoga Program THURSDAY 5:30PM
By purchasing this program, you confirm that your physical condition, as assessed by yourself or a physician, allows you to participate safely. Here are some guidelines to follow:
- If you feel any discomfort during the session, ease out of the position.
- It's crucial in yoga and Pilates to listen to your body and acknowledge its limitations each day.
- Should you encounter any pain, stop the activity immediately and seek assistance from the instructor.
By enrolling, if you are working with injuries you declare that a licensed physician has approved your health and physical ability to join the program. If you are pregnant, post-natal, or post-surgical, ensure you have your physician's consent. Also, inform the instructor of any medical conditions or physical restrictions beforehand.
If you cannot commit to the entire program, you have the option to have a friend take your place or switch with friends in other groups. Please note that staff will not facilitate swaps, and there will be no makeup classes for missed sessions or refunds.
